Starlight Christmas Cards

Hello Everyone

As promised here is a look at the last of the Christmas Cards I have made this year.

As I am not particularly religious I didn't get this set of Framelits straight away, but after seeing some of my fellow demonstrators cards I had to order them.

They are a lovely set of dies and have a set of matching stamps that go with them.

I used a Mint Macaron card base and layered with a strip of gold foil and topped with some Serene Scenery Design Paper. I then used the Framelits to die cut the lovely star shapes in Whisper White and Gold and then layered them up and finished with a pearl embellishment.

I embossed the sentiment from the Tin of Tags Stamp set onto Whisper White and used the Stitched Shaped Framelits to die cut that  and a second in Gold to layer it onto.

This one is made with a Sweet Sugarplum background using the lovely swirl and sentiment from the Stamp Set...so pretty. I finished it off with the lovely die cut star.

May I take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy Christmas.

Project Life Birthday Cards

Hello,

I expect you are all busy getting ready for Christmas...or not. I haven't done much yet, bit of a last minute girl !

I have nearly finished my Christmas Cards though, I have shared some with you already and when I have finished my last batch off I will give you a peak one day next week.

Anyway I as started last Sunday here are some more cards I have made from the Hello Lovely, Project Life Kit. You can have a look at the kit on Page 163 of the Annual Catalogue, Item No 141668. This kit is basically 100 double sided decorated cards in three different sizes, which you can use as a basis for a scrapbooking album, but I have used them to make various occasion cards.

I made this one using two of the cards and some paper from the Serene Scenery pack as a background. I added some flowers from the Botanical Builder Framelit Set.

This one was made in very similar colourways.

This set helps you to make beautiful cards quickly and easily, hope you like them.
Think how many "Thank You" cards you could make....wouldn't they be useful after Christmas ?

Cable Knit Christmas Cards

Hello Everyone,

Just finished another little batch of Christmas Cards.

I love to decide on a design and then make quite a few in different colourways,

This were  very easy to do. I used Emerald Envy and Real Red to make the card bases. You can make two cards from a single sheet of A4 card.
I used the Cable Knit embossing folder to make a top layer of Winter White, wrapping around some Bakers Twine before attaching to the card base.
I  made the toppers from the Stitched Shapes dies along with a sentiment from the Tin of Tags stamp set and then cut out separate elements from the Candy Cane designer paper and added some Bakers Twine bows.
Simple and Stylish I hope, with a touch of fun.

I was out and about on Saturday at another demonstrators Christmas Party. Great fun was had including party games and a raffle. There was also a make and take I was allowed to join in with making a couple of boxes from the Curvy Keepsake die set. Ain't they cute ???

As always if you need any Stampin' Up! supplies my contact details and online shop are shown above and you can also download a catalogue but if you prefer the real thing to flick through give me a shout and I'll get one to you.

The Artful Stampers and Pootlers Blog Hop

Hi Everyone or should I say G'day

Well ....HOW EXCITING.... Today I am taking part in a blog hop with our lovely Stampin' Up! demonstrators from Australia. they are members of a team called The Artful Stampers and they are hopping with my Pootlers team .

There is no theme, it's anything goes, so there should be a fabulous selection of cards to see today !

So welcome...here is my card...

This is the first card I will be showing you this month that I made from the Hello Lovely, Project Life Kit.

The Project Life Kits are a quick and easy way to do scrapbooking but as you can see you can easily make lovely cards from them.

This one was for a very dear crafty friend of mine who has moved to another part of the country, so the sentiment was very apt and it goes well with our exciting blog hop today.
The colours I used were Soft Suede, Soft Sky and a touch of Old Olive. I made the flowers from the Botanical Builder Framelits with the addition of our lovely enamel shape dots.

Please join me for the next few Sundays to see what else I come up with.

If you are blog hopping, and I definitely will be, I hope you have enjoyed my card and I thank you for dropping by. Please click on the blue button to view the other lovely contributions.

If you would like to buy this kit or any other supplies, please go to my online shop via the link in the sidebar.
