Penned and Painted, The Great Card Swap and a Birthday

Sorry its been a while.... I have had babysitting duties and it throws you all out until you get in the swing of it !

So all,  and will now try to catch up. Today I am going to show you some more cards made with the penned and painted set. (Page 143, Item No 141938 )
In my Stampin Up world I am part of some forums on Facebook and in one of them we do a card swap every month to a different member of the group and also send a birthday card to the ones who have a birthday in this month. As I had only just joined and had to think on my feet I used the same style as my notecards but upped the ante on the colour front.

This one went to my card swap partner for the month.

The colours I used for this one were Night of Navy, and Crumb Cake, I added a layer of gold foil card to give it that wow factor although it doesn't show too well in this photo.

This one was sent to the Birthday Girl

I made this one with Rich Razzleberry, To get the varying shades I stamped off once and twice. I also added some gold Dazzling Details to the centre of the flowers.

I have been busy making notelets in lots of different colours for my upcoming Craft Fair at the end of September. I have also been playing with my Birthday Blooms Set so will show you my creations with that set next time.

As always if you need any Stampin' Up! supplies or would like to hold your own crafty date and make things like this please get in touch. My contact details and online shop are shown above and you can also download a catalogue but if you prefer the real thing to flick through give me a shout and I'll get one to you.

If you are ordering less than £150 please use my hostess code and then everyone that orders this month gets a little free gift from me.
Please don't use this code for orders over £150 because you will qualify for your own rewards.

Meanwhile Happy Stampin !
