I had been wanting to try a Pop and Twist card for a while but didn't quite know where to start so I thought I would take part in this months InspireINK challenge for inspiration.
This month is a Tic Tac Toe challenge.
This month is a Tic Tac Toe challenge.
I had to pick three colours in a row to use in my project. I must admit I wasn't drawn to any at first sight, but eventually decided on the bottom row, Mango Melody, Coastal Cabana and Mossy Meadow.
I followed a tutorial by Jan B on You Tube...look for Pop and Twist Tutorial.
I was really pleased with how it turned out and think these colours look great together..wouldn't want any more Mossy Meadow though !
I used the Picture Perfect Stamp Set. This set won't be in the new catalogue sadly, but it will be staying on my shelf !
This is what the inside looks like. It all folds away inside the card...so clever.
Apart from the stamp set, I only used inks and card in the three colours and stamped my own pattern on Whisper White cardstock.
If you haven't tried this sort of card give it a go, it's great fun and makes a card a bit more special.
I think I am a bit addicted now with lots of ideas for some others.
Just a little reminder...once you have finished your project put it somewhere safe, don't leave it to fall onto an open inkpad.....just saying...

Happy Stamping
