Daisy Lane and Tasteful Textures InspireINK Blog Hop

Hello, welcome to September's InspireINK blog hop.

This months challenge is in the form of a Tic Tac Toe. I could pick any row, up, down or diagonally from this picture.

After some deliberation I chose the vertical line on the left , Gold, Balmy Blue and |Smoky Slate and this is the card I made.

I stamped the damask image from the Tasteful Textures Stamp Set in Whisper White Craft Ink randomly onto a panel of Smoky Slate. After that I ran it through the Pinewood Plank 3D Embossing Folder which gives a textured wood finish.

I added some interest by inking around the edges of the Panel with Smoky Slate Ink.

I stamped the same image in Balmy Blue on some Whisper White cardstock and heat embossed the sentiment with Gold Stampin Emboss Powder and then cut it out with one of the Stitched Nested Labels Dies.

This is such a great sentiment...my crafting time definitely makes my soul happy !

I stamped and punched both sizes of the daisies from the Daisy Lane Stamp Set and layered them up...they make such lovely dimensional flowers and added a Gold Faceted Gem to the center

Some Vellum leaves, Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon and a bit of retired gold sequin behind the flower finished it off.

I think this turned out to be a really pretty card and would look great in lots of  different colourways.

As always have a hop around at my crafty pals projects they are all there to inspire you.

Happy Stamping
