Flirty Flowers and a Whole Lot of Lovely

Hi there, back again with the second of my projects with the Flirty Flowers Stamp Set.
If you have arrived here from Pootles Blog...welcome ....I hope it gives you ideas and inspiration for using this great stamp set.

paperjay crafts, flirty flowers, whole lot of lovely

I have used Pool Party cardstock for the card base with a topper of Whisper White.

I stamped a row of flowers from the stamp set just above the middle of the topper and covered the lower half with paper from the Whole Lot of Lovely Pack.

I used the bug from the Jar of Love Stamp Set....just a little reminder of Summer before it's gone for good !

A technique that I like to use is to use a Black Marker with a ruler to draw a line around the whole edge of the top layer to give the illusion of a smaller layer beneath. In this case I also drew a line across the middle.

I layered the sentiment up with the Layering Circles Framelits and wrapped some Crushed Curry Bakers Twine around the topper before adding it to the cardbase.

I finished off with a few Black Rhinestone Jewels from the new Seasonal Catalogue and a little pink enamel heart.

I am really enjoying using this Stamp Set, a great addition to any papercrafters collection.

Happy Stampin
