Global Design Project #075
I just love this Remarkable You stamp set and I love how this card turned out. I got the stamp set from my wonderful upline for sales achieved and I had hankered after it for a while but wasn't sure how I would use it...but why did I wait so long...??
I think this would make a fabulous card for Mothers Day.
I had taken the almost finished card to show my friend, a fellow Stampin Up Demonstrator, who was at the time making a card for the Global Design Project, the theme this week is "Winged Creatures".
While I was visiting she very kindly let me use her bumblebee stamp so I could enter the challenge too.
I stamped two of the flowers onto Whisper White cardstock and after letting the ink dry sponged the colour on ,then fussy cut the flowers. One flower I glued on flat and the second I glued the stem flat but used dimensionals for the flower head to give it a 3D look. I then drew a line of dots around the image so that it popped.
Hope you like it as much as I do.
